分沂入沭拦河坝工程是沂沭河洪水东调工程的主要组成部分,位于山东省临沭县曹庄镇东南3.8km的分沂入沭河道上,坝长1.89km,坝基普遍分布厚约5.0m的强透水层,除高漫滩上分布有薄层砂壤土外,其余主要为中粗砂、砾质粗砂和粗砂砾石,底部基岩为安山岩。因透水层厚,截渗工程量大,设计单位提出三种截渗方案:即固化灰浆截渗、高压喷射注浆截渗及粘土槽截渗,推荐固化灰浆方案。固化灰浆方案造价较高,而深层搅拌桩具有造价低、进度快等优点。淮委在审批该工程时,建议增加深层搅拌桩截渗方案比较,并要求经过现场
