用梯度淋洗离子色谱法同时测定工作场所空气中氟化氢(HF)、乙酸(HAc)、氯化氢(HC_l)、溴化氢(HBr)、硝酸(HNO_3)、硫酸(H_2SO_4)和磷酸(H_3PO_4),用装有KOH吸收液的多孔玻板吸收管采集样品,方法的检出限F~-为0.02μg/m L、Ac~-为0.08μg/m L、Cl~-为0.01μg/m L、Br~-为0.1μg/m L、NO_3~-为0.1μg/m L、SO_4~(2-)为0.02μg/m L、PO_4~(3-)为0.1μg/m L,方法的精密度均小于7%,回收率93.5%~107.2%。该方法具有选择性好、准确度高、检出限低,对于工作场所共存物的采样及检测效率高,成本低。
Simultaneous determination of hydrogen fluoride (HF), acetic acid (HAc), hydrogen chloride (HC1), hydrogen bromide (HBr), nitric acid (HNO3), sulfuric acid (H2SO4) and phosphoric acid (H3PO4) in the air at the workplace by gradient elution chromatography. The detection limit of this method was 0.02μg / mL with Ac ~ - 0.08μg / mL and Cl ~ - 0.01μg / mL with a glass tube containing KOH solution. The concentration of Br_ was 0.1 μg / mL, NO_3 ~ - 0.1μg / mL, SO_4 ~ (2-) was 0.02μg / mL and PO_4 ~ (3-) was 0.1μg / mL. Less than 7%, recovery 93.5% ~ 107.2%. The method has good selectivity, high accuracy, low detection limit, high efficiency and low cost for sampling and testing of coexistence materials in the workplace.
