旨在研究图书馆通过像微博这样的社交网络工具,如何更好地与用户沟通交流、传播信息。作者调研了华东师范大学图书馆官方微博的发布信息和与用户互动的情况,数据和案例分析显示,微博的内容、语言、写作风格、发布频率等,都会对用户的关注度和其有效性产生影响。为此,就图书馆更充分利用微博的优势为用户提供更好的信息服务,提出了一些可行的策略和建议。
It aims to study how libraries can better communicate with users and disseminate information through social networking tools such as Weibo. The author investigated the publishing of official microblogging information of East China Normal University Library and the interaction with users. The data and case studies show that the content, language, style of writing, frequency of publication and so on of microblogging will be concerned about the user and its effectiveness Sex has an impact. To this end, the library take full advantage of the advantages of Weibo to provide users with better information services, put forward some feasible strategies and recommendations.
