自从中国乳业出现了国家队的描述以及国家层面的兼并重组开始启动以后,很多中小企业都变得十分不安,从高层到基层员工开始出现焦虑情绪,一种挥之不去的疑问在盘桓:我们会不会被收购,政府会不会不再支持我们,而且动员我们卖掉?实际上,笔者想在这里告诉这些乳企,这种担心可以理解,也毫无必要,同时焦虑也解决不了任何问题。从世界各国的经验来看,无论是液态奶还是奶粉品项,中小型乳企都有其生存的空间,但需要细细描述一下就是,企业要小而精。
Since the introduction of a national team description of China’s dairy industry and the start-up of mergers and acquisitions at the national level, many SMEs have become very uneasy. An anxious mood begins to emerge from high-level to grass-roots workers. A lingering question is lingering: we Will it be acquired, will the government stop supporting us and mobilize us to sell it? Actually, I would like to tell these dairy companies here that such concerns are understandable and unnecessary and that anxiety can not solve any problem. From the experience of all countries in the world, whether it is liquid milk or milk powder items, small and medium-sized dairy enterprises have their own living space, but need to be described in detail is that enterprises should be small and fine.
