一、在中国共产党江西省第五次代表大会上,杨尚奎同志在中国共产党江西省委员会的工作报告中,指出了提高我省老根据地人民的革命积极性,是提高全省人民革命积极性的一个重要关键。刘俊秀同志在大会上作了「关于进一步加强老革命根据地工作的几个问题」的专题发言,其他许多代表也在大会上作了有关老根据地工作的发言。大会对于老根据地的工作一致表示重视,认为必须责成全省各级党的组织,采取积极有效的措施,来进一步加强老根据地的工作。
First, at the Fifth Congress of the Communist Party of China in Jiangxi Province, Comrade Yang Shangkui pointed out in the work report of the CPC Jiangxi Provincial Committee that improving the revolutionary enthusiasm of the people in the old base areas of our province is an important key to raising the revolutionary enthusiasm of the people throughout the province . At the conference, Comrade Liu Junxiu made a keynote speech on “Several Issues on Further Strengthening the Work of the Old Revolutionary Base Area.” Many other representatives also made speeches at the conference on the work of the old base areas. The congress attached great importance to the work in the old base areas and believed it necessary to instruct the party organizations at all levels in the province to take active and effective measures to further strengthen the work in the old base areas.
