随着中国经济发展由依靠投资和出口拉动向消费和创新驱动转型,投资占国内生产总值比重下降,消费占国内生产总值比重相对上升,在创造崭新商机中所发挥的作用也日益重要,茶业亦然。这样的现实背景之下,国内消费市场的培育尤为重要。新的市场发展空间源于现有消费需求的升级与潜在需求的开发,因此跟踪茶叶消费现状、研判消费发展趋势,并借此促进消费层级与规模的提升,对茶产业的可持续增长至关重要。
As China’s economic development has shifted from relying on investment and export-led consumption and innovation-driven reforms, the share of investment in GDP has dropped, the share of consumption in GDP has risen relatively and the role played in creating new business opportunities has become increasingly important. The tea industry is also true. Under such a realistic background, the cultivation of the domestic consumer market is particularly important. The new space for market development stems from the upgrading of existing consumer demand and the development of potential demand. Therefore, tracking the current consumption status of tea and judging the trend of consumer spending so as to promote the enhancement of consumption level and scale and the sustainable growth of the tea industry important.
