目的探究综合护理干预的实施对子宫肌瘤切除后患者生活质量的影响。方法选取我院2015年3月~2016年6月收治的96例子宫肌瘤切除患者作为实验对象,将他们随机分为对照组和实验组,各48例;对照组患者,给予常规的基础护理,实验组患者实施综合护理干预,除基础护理外,还包括心理护理、术后心理修复和活动指导、饮食营养搭配、副反应及并发症护理等多方面,三个月后对两组患者的疗效进行比较。结果实验组子宫肌瘤患者切除后生活质量评分明显高于对照组患者,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论对子宫肌瘤患者在切除后实施临床综合护理干预,可以有效提高患者的生活质量,避免消极情绪的发生,帮助患者尽早恢复健康,适合在临床治疗中进行应用。
Objective To investigate the effect of comprehensive nursing intervention on the quality of life of patients with myomectomy. Methods 96 cases of myomectomy patients who were treated in our hospital from March 2015 to June 2016 were selected as experimental subjects and randomly divided into control group and experimental group with 48 cases in each group. Results The quality of life of patients with uterine fibroids in experimental group after resection was significantly higher than that in the control group, the difference was statistically significant (P <0.05). Conclusion The implementation of clinical comprehensive nursing intervention on uterine fibroids patients after resection can effectively improve the quality of life of patients, avoid the occurrence of negative emotions, help patients to recover as soon as possible and are suitable for clinical application.
