目的 :探讨蜂胶对小鼠移植瘤 (S180)生长的抑制作用。方法 :用不同浓度的蜂胶饲料分组喂养小鼠2月后 ,在其腋下接种肿瘤细胞株 (S180) ,8天后 ,手术取出肿瘤组织称重 ,石蜡切片 ,HE染色 ,显微镜下观察形态学变化并在高倍镜下计数肿瘤细胞核分裂像。结果 :蜂胶实验组小鼠移植瘤重量较对照组显著减轻 (P<0 01) ,肿瘤生长抑制率B组为45 7% ,C组为66 0% ,D组为64 4 %。实验组肿瘤组织内核分裂像较对照组显著减少 (P<0 01) ,肿瘤组织周围淋巴细胞呈反应性增生。结论 :适量蜂胶饲养小鼠 ,对其移植瘤细胞株的生长有抑制作用。
Objective: To investigate the inhibitory effect of propolis on the growth of mouse xenografts (S180). Methods: The mice were inoculated with different concentrations of propolis feed for 2 months and then inoculated tumor cell line (S180) into their armpit. After 8 days, the tumor tissues were removed and weighed, paraffin sections and HE staining. Morphological changes were observed under a microscope And counting tumor cell mitosis at high magnification. Results: The weight of transplanted tumor in propolis experimental group was significantly lower than that in control group (P <0.01). The tumor growth inhibition rate in group B was 45.7%, in group C was 66.0%, and in group D was 64.4%. The mitotic figures of the experimental group were significantly decreased compared with the control group (P <0.01), and the lymphocytes around the tumor tissue were reactive hyperplasia. CONCLUSION: Adequate propolis fed to mice inhibits the growth of transplanted tumor cell lines.
