目的:探讨如何有效加强母婴同室管理,预防新生儿的院内感染。方法:回顾性分析2013年~2014年母婴同室新生儿院内感染发生的现状和原因,提出有针对性的管理方法,加强入院宣教,鼓励母乳喂养,加强病房空气管理,严格执行消毒隔离制度,切断感染因素。结果:在分析感染原因基础上实施的管理方法,有效降低了新生儿的感染率,提高了产妇及家属对医院管理的满意度。结论:在产科中加强母婴同室管理,可以有效降低新生儿院内感染发生率,提高产妇对母婴同室管理措施的满意度。
Objective: To explore how to effectively strengthen maternal and infant room management and prevent neonatal nosocomial infection. Methods: Retrospective analysis of the status and causes of neonatal nosocomial infections in maternal and neonatal room between 2013 and 2014, and proposed targeted management methods to strengthen hospital admission and education, encourage breastfeeding, strengthen ward air management, strictly enforce the disinfection and isolation system, Cut off the infection. Results: The management method based on the analysis of the causes of infection effectively reduced the neonatal infection rate and improved the satisfaction of the maternal and family members to the hospital management. Conclusion: Strengthening maternal and neonatal management in obstetrics can effectively reduce the incidence of neonatal nosocomial infections and improve maternal satisfaction with maternal and infant cohabitation management measures.
