依据《消毒管理办法》,对餐饮具集中消毒单位不符合卫生要求的违规行为进行了行政处罚,本文对该监管过程中存在的问题进行了讨论,同时提出了一些对策与建议。
According to the “Disinfection Management Measures”, the administrative penalties were imposed on non-conformities where catering units concentrated disinfection units did not meet health requirements. This paper discussed the problems in the regulatory process and put forward some countermeasures and suggestions.
