目的:研制一套能够及时筛查指战员职业性腰椎疾患,并对病变部位作出准确判断和定位的检查分析系统。方法:应用电子、机械、计算机技术,利用腰椎辅助运动椅,摄取腰椎X光影像序列,对腰椎椎体运动参数进行统计分析。结果:通过对数据的分析、比较,基本能识别出腰椎椎体病灶所在区域,实现了腰椎在被动模式下的生物力学评估,准确诊断腰椎椎体病变,从而为对腰椎椎体病变进行全面、合理的分析与后续治疗奠定了坚实的基础。结论:系统具有一定的可靠性和准确性,其分析结果有潜在价值,可作为腰椎病变临床诊断的客观依据。
OBJECTIVE: To develop a set of inspection and analysis system that can timely screen occupational lumbar disorders of officers and men and make accurate judgment and positioning of the lesion. Methods: The lumbar vertebral body motion parameters were statistically analyzed by using electronic, mechanical and computer technology. Results: Through the analysis and comparison of the data, the lumbar vertebral body lesion can be identified basically. The biomechanical evaluation of the lumbar vertebrae in the passive mode can be realized and the lumbar vertebral body disease can be accurately diagnosed. Thus, Reasonable analysis and follow-up treatment laid a solid foundation. Conclusion: The system has a certain reliability and accuracy, the analysis of the results have potential value, as an objective basis for the clinical diagnosis of lumbar disease.
