以二羟基二过碘酸合镍(Ⅳ)(简称Ni(Ⅳ))为引发剂,在碱性环境中引发丙烯腈(AN)聚合。结果表明:聚合速率随单体浓度和引发剂浓度的增大而增大,随温度、介质pH值的增大出现先开后降的趋势;聚合物分子量随引发剂浓度的增加而减小;本聚合反应对单体的浓度指数为1.108,对引发剂的浓度指数为0.553;反应活化能为41.57kJ/mol;通过红外光谱等对聚合物结构进行了表征,并对引发机理进行了探讨。
Polymerization of acrylonitrile (AN) in alkaline environment was initiated with nickel (Ⅳ) dihydroxydianate (Ⅳ) (Ni (Ⅳ) for short) as initiator. The results showed that the polymerization rate increased with the increase of monomer concentration and initiator concentration, and then decreased with the increase of pH and temperature. The molecular weight of polymer decreased with the increase of initiator concentration.
