我市汽车维修行业管理处成立以来,坚持把提高维修企业人员素质的工作放在重要议事日程。我市维修行业的从业人员中,有很多来自城市失业人员、下岗再就业人员以及农村青年,这些人在从业前基本上没有经过专业培训,大都是在岗位上以师带徒,边干边学。根据在三年前对89家修理厂调查返馈的信息统计,原有从业人员中,青年工人居多数,文化程度偏低,实际技术水平不高,人员整体素质较差,不能适应维修技术发展和保证修车质量。
