制度转折与市场转折虽然难以完全重合,但制度的转折终将会影响到市场,大盘的反转将不会是梦想6月10日,具有历史意义的三一重工和清华同方临时股东大会如期召开。在全国股民和媒体的热切关注下,三一重工股权分置改革方案以93.44%的高赞成率顺利通过,标志着中国股权分置改革成功打响了第一枪;而清华同方流通股通过率只有61.97%,未能达到参加表决的流通股份2/3,最终折戟沉沙。

The reversal of the broader market will not be a dream. On June 10, the historic Sany Heavy Industry and Tsinghua Tongfang Extraordinary Shareholders’ Meeting were held as scheduled . Under the enthusiastic concerns of investors and the media across the country, Sany Heavy Industry’s non-tradable share reform plan was successfully approved with a high approval rate of 93.44%, marking the first shot of the successful split share structure reform in China. The passing rate of Tsinghua Tongfang Passing Shares was only 61.97%, failed to reach the voting shares of 2/3, ultimately desperate.
