近年来,随着油田用工制度的不断变化,新员工占企业职工总数比例越来越大。由于新员工的用工性质较为特殊,包括劳务派遣工、新分大学生等等,尤其是受社会大环境的影响,他们普遍存在不同程度的浮躁、疲劳、孤僻、悲观等心理问题。主要原因来自以下三个方面。一是家庭压力。他们绝大部分年龄偏小且离家较远(部分新员工来自外地),无法照顾老人,料理家务,使他们身心疲惫。二是工作压力。面对较为艰苦的工作环境、沉重的生产压力和各种严格的考核,使他们长期处于高度紧张状态。三是社会压力。复杂的人际关系和敏感的个人“转正”等问题,使他们产生心理压力。
