为了更好地服务基层、贴近职工,徽州区总工会以创新的工作思路、工作手段,积极探索、开展工会各项工作,现已连续3年荣获了黄山市工会工作目标考核“特等奖”、“安徽省工会工作先进县”等一系列荣誉称号。一、以“双走访”活动为载体解决职工切身问题扎实开展“双走访”活动,区总工会领导带头、带队常年深入基层,掌握职工群众的思想动态。据不完全统计,已走访企业260余家、职工2000余人次。通过走访活动,为工会组织更好地服务企业、职工,化解矛盾掌握了第一手资料。
