根据ATP对迷走神经功能的影响及心肌细胞Na~+-K~+泵电生理活动的作用,应用ATP治疗室上性心动过速6例,其中5例获得即刻复律,1例好转。6例病人均有反复发作史1~4年,本次发作10分钟至2小时来院就诊,经心电图证实为室上速,均经压迫眼球及或颈动脉窦无效,然后给静注ATP,在5~8分钟推完,用心电图监护观察其转变过程:10~22秒突然窦性停搏,经0.4~3.6秒出现逸搏、房早、或窦性心律不齐,于15~60秒转为正常窦性心律。其中5例获得即刻转复,1例冠心病患者注射后
