职业技术教育的质量,在很大程度上取决于实习教学的质量。根据我们多年来的体会,认为搞好教学实习,应抓好以下五个环节: 一、组织教学 1.认真备课,精心设计实习指导。教师要首先根据教学计划的安排和培养目标的要求,认真钻研教材,明确有关操作知识的重点和难点。同时对有关的资料、图纸、工具设备进行分析研究,确定合适的实习形式和方法,写出生产实习指导教案。
The quality of TVET depends to a large extent on the quality of internship teaching. According to our experience over the years, that do a good job teaching internship, should grasp the following five areas: First, organize teaching 1. Careful lesson preparation, well-designed internship guidance. Teachers should first of all study materials carefully according to the teaching plan and the requirements of training objectives, and clarify the key and difficult points about operation knowledge. At the same time the relevant information, drawings, tools and equipment for analysis and study to determine the appropriate form and method of internship, write production internship teaching plan.
