市场营销活动主要是指在变化的市场环境中,为了满足消费者的需要和欲望,通过交换和创造商品及价值,完成企业目标,增加企业经济利润的社会过程和管理过程。企业的市场营销活动要根据企业的实际情况,围绕着诸多不同项目,采取相应的市场营销策略,进行不同的市场营销组合,从而完成企业的营销目标。企业要想保证高质量的市场营销活动,必须做好基于市场营销角度的项目管理,充分发挥项目管理在市场营销实践中对企业资源的计划、组织和控制作用,使其满足项目的技术、成本和时间等方面的要求,提高企业管理水平和经济效益。本文在此,探讨一下项目管理在市场营销中的应用。
