颞下颌关节紊乱综合征(temporomandibular disorders,TMD)是口腔颌面系统常见病,其病因复杂,既往临床多采用局部封闭治疗或口服消炎止痛药,但对其长期用药的安全性及治疗效果存在争议。笔者采用超短波和低频脉冲电穴位疗法治疗颞颌关节紊乱综合征39例,效果较为满意,报道如下。1 Temporomandibular disorder (TMD) is a common disease of oral and maxillofacial system.
