本文在调查分析高职毕业生就业认知、就业心态、就业意向、就业行为、就业价值观等问题的基础上,探讨了引导高职生形成正确就业观的对策,主要是:开设就业指导课程,树立全程就业指导理念;加强职业道德教育,培养敬业精神;开展形式多样的就业指导工作;鼓励学生自主创业;加强心理疏导,排解就业心理压力等。
Based on the investigation and analysis of employment cognition, employment mentality, employment intention, employment behavior and employment values of higher vocational college graduates, this article discusses the countermeasures to guide higher vocational college students to form the correct employment concept. The main contents are as follows: Establish the concept of employment guidance throughout the entire workforce; strengthen professional ethics education and cultivate professionalism; carry out various forms of employment guidance; encourage students to start their own businesses; strengthen psychological counseling and relieve employment psychological pressure.
