1“灰流冲蚀磨损”现象循环流化床锅炉炉膛内受热面的磨损情况直接影响整台机组的安全和经济运行。据统计,循环流化床锅炉的事故停炉86%都是因炉膛内受热面的磨损而发生爆管所引起的。通过对国内3大锅炉厂所生产的循环流化床锅炉进行定期检验,发现了它们均存在的一个共性问题:炉膛内受热面(水冷壁、屏式过热器、屏式再热器)过渡区的管子最容易被磨损。不但是循环流化床锅炉磨损最严重的区域,而且也是受热面经常性爆管所处的位置。循环流化床锅炉炉膛内受热面的实际冲蚀磨损情况用图1~图10来说明。
