天麻为名贵中药,来源于兰科植物天麻(Gastrodia elata Bl.)的干燥块茎,具有平肝熄风,祛风定惊之功效,临床应用十分广泛。但其野生资源逐渐减少,人工栽培品亦不能满足需要,故在全国曾出现过以紫茉莉(Mirabilis jalapa L.)、大理菊(Dahlia pinnata Cav.)、羽裂蟹甲草〔Cacalia tangutica(Franch.)Hand.-Mazz.〕、马铃薯(Solanum tuberosum L.)等多种植物的根、块根或块茎伪充天麻使用。近年笔者在西安地区又发现一天麻伪品,与有关报道的品种不同,经鉴定系由唇形科植物硬毛地笋
Gastrodia elata is a valuable traditional Chinese medicine derived from the dried tubers of the Gastrodia elata Bl., which has the efficacy of suppressing the liver and extinguishing the wind and suppressing the wind. It has a wide range of clinical applications. However, its wild resources have gradually decreased, and artificial cultivation cannot meet the needs. Therefore, there have been Mirabilis jalapa L., Dahlia pinnata Cav., and Cacalia tangutica. Roots, tuberous roots, or tubers of various plants, such as the “Hand.-Mazz.” and “Solanum tuberosum L.”, are used as pseudo-gastric fillings. In recent years, the author has found another one-day counterfeit product in Xi’an area. Unlike the reported variety, the author identified the plant as a hard-boiled bamboo shoot.
