本文对水力旋流分离器的工作原理、設計装置及名次原型試驗成果进行了較詳細的闡述和分析。从試驗成果看,在一定条件下,这种分离器可以将大于0.015毫米以上粒徑的砂??0%,效果比过去较普遍使用的沉淀池要好;且体积小,設备簡单,除砂快,使用也較方便,看来是解决我国黄河及西北地区等多泥砂河流水电站水质問題的一項較为合理的措施。但是,也还存在一些問題,如内壁易受泥砂磨損,压力損失大以及如何选擇有关最优参数等,还須进一步研究。建議有关部門继續进行王作,以求得更臻完善。
This paper elaborates and analyzes the working principle, design device and the prototype prototype test results of the hydrocyclone separator. From the test results, under certain conditions, the separator can be used to make sand with a particle size of more than 0.015 millimeters. The effect is better than that of sedimentation tanks that were commonly used in the past. The size is small and the equipment is simple. With the exception of quick sand, it is also more convenient to use. It appears to be a relatively reasonable measure to solve the water quality problems of hydropower stations in the Yellow River and Northwest China. However, there are still some problems, such as the inner wall susceptible to mud sand wear, pressure loss and how to choose the optimal parameters, etc., must be further studied. It is suggested that the relevant departments continue to perform Wang Zuo in order to achieve better results.
