目的观察米非司酮和利凡诺联合使用在中孕引产中的临床效果。方法选取符合要求的中孕引产孕妇80例,随机分为对照组与治疗组各40例。对照组单独使用羊膜腔穿刺注入利凡诺100mg引产;治疗组使用米非司酮和利凡诺引产,米非司酮2粒口服,每12小时1次,一直到胎儿娩出;于使用米非司酮的第2天加用利凡诺100mg羊膜腔穿刺注入。观察引产后2组胎盘残留的例数,胎盘残留量的多少,胎盘残留后期清宫出血量的多少。结果2组引产后,治疗组胎儿娩出后15min胎盘自动娩出人数、胎儿娩出后胎盘残留量、胎盘残留清宫时出血量均少于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论米非司酮和利凡诺同时使用中孕引产比利凡诺单独使用引产明显减少胎儿娩出后胎盘残留,对减少后期清宫的出血量也有显著的效果。
Objective To observe the clinical effect of mifepristone combined with rivanol in the induction of labor during pregnancy. Methods Eighty pregnant pregnant women were selected to meet the requirements and randomly divided into control group and treatment group of 40 cases each. The control group received amniocentesis alone 100mg induction of labor induction of amiodarone; the treatment group with mifepristone and rivanol induced labor, mifepristone 2 orally, once every 12 hours, until the baby was delivered; in the use of non-rice Division 2 ketone plus rivanol 100mg amniocentesis injection. Observed after induction of 2 cases of placental residual number of cases, the number of residual placenta, placental residual amount of postoperative Qing bleeding. Results After induction of labor, the number of placenta delivered by fetus in 15 weeks after delivery in the treatment group was significantly lower than that in the control group (P <0.05). Conclusions Both mifepristone and rivanol use of primiparous primiparous infantile bifenothecine induced by induction alone significantly reduce placental residue after the delivery of the fetus and have a significant effect on reducing the amount of bleeding after the late stage of curettage.
