在校本课程建设中,学校对社区课程资源开发利用的价值认识不够,其结果是校内资源普遍紧张,社区课程资源却闲置浪费。从唤醒教师作为校本课程资源开发主体的意识、促进学校和教师在教育观念上的变革与创新、加强学校与社区的有效交往、建立校内校外课程资源转化机制、建立评价及改进机制五个方面探讨了校本课程建设中社区课程资源开发的基本思路。
