Internet的出现使全球信息交互快速化,便捷化,管理更趋于合理、规范。从而相继出现企业网、校园网等局部网络,使得各式各样的管理依赖于网络。电脑则是网络的终端工具,它已经成为人们生活当中必不可少的事物,在教育事业上,计算机辅助教学和多媒体技术的应用,让我们教育事业呈现前所未有的崭新面貌。考试是评测教与学活动的有效手段之一,能够帮助学习者检验学习效果,指导教师改进教学方法。只有加强考试命题的科学性,才能对学习者有一个比较客观公正的评价。试题库建设是教育现代化的需要,是考教分离、最大限度提高办学效益的需要。
The advent of the Internet to make global information exchange faster and easier, management tends to be more reasonable and standardized. As a result, local networks such as corporate networks and campus networks have emerged, making various kinds of management dependent on the Internet. Computer is the terminal tool of the Internet. It has become an indispensable item in people’s daily life. In education, the application of computer-assisted instruction and multimedia technology has given us an unprecedented new look in education. Examination is one of the effective measures to evaluate teaching and learning activities, which can help learners to test the learning effect and instruct teachers to improve teaching methods. Only by strengthening the scientific proposition of the examination can we have a more objective and fair evaluation of learners. The construction of the test questions library is the need of education modernization, the separation of test and education, and the need of running education to the maximum extent.
