运用超声穿透法对δ=14mm的LY12铝合金试件细小夹杂物的体积百分数进行了检测试验,分析了检测信号的频谱,并根据晶粒直径大小确定了有效频谱范围,计算了有效谱功率。在预先作出的标准曲线上,查出了被检区域的夹杂物体积百分数。经过对试件的解剖验证,发现检洲值与实际值基本符合。
The volume fraction of small inclusions in LY12 aluminum alloy specimen with δ = 14mm was tested by ultrasonic penetrating method. The spectrum of the signal was analyzed and the effective spectral range was determined according to the grain diameter. The effective spectral power . In the pre-made standard curve, detected the volume of inclusions in the seized area. After the anatomical verification of the specimen, it was found that the value of check-in was basically in line with the actual value.
