目的研究不同物理、化学因子对致倦库蚊的引诱效果,以更好地设计改进新一代灭蚊器。方法使用Y形嗅觉测试仪测定化学因子(尿素、乳酸、丙三醇、十二烷酸、十四烷酸、十六烷酸、壬醛)以及物理因子(声波和可见光)对致倦库蚊成虫的引诱作用;将致倦库蚊成虫逐只放入Y形嗅觉测试仪,统计飞入处理端的个体数,通过比较得出对致倦库蚊具有较好引诱效果的物理、化学因子。结果对致倦库蚊具有较高引诱率的化学因子有尿素(10 mg/L)、乳酸(1000 mg/L)、十六烷酸(10 mg/L)和壬醛(0.1 mg/L);物理因子中150 Hz的正弦波和380 nm的可见光分别对致倦库蚊具有较高引诱率。结论可将上述引诱效果较佳的物理、化学因子引入到灭蚊器的设计生产中,以提高灭蚊效率。
Objective To study the attractiveness of different physical and chemical factors to Culex pipiens quinquefasciatus in order to better design and improve a new generation of mosquito killer. Methods The chemical constituents (urea, lactic acid, glycerin, dodecanoic acid, myristic acid, palmitic acid, nonanal) and physical factors (sonic and visible) Adult lure; the adult Culex pipiens pallens were put into the Y-shaped olfactory tester, the number of individuals flying into the processing end was counted, and the physical and chemical factors that had a good inducing effect on Culex quinquefasciatus were obtained. Results The chemical factors of high inducement rate of Culex quinquefasciatus were urea (10 mg / L), lactic acid (1000 mg / L), palmitic acid (10 mg / L) and nonanal (0.1 mg / L) ; 150 Hz sine wave and 380 nm visible light in the physical factor respectively have a high attraction rate to Culex quinquefasciatus. Conclusion The above-mentioned physical and chemical factors with better attracting effects can be introduced into the design and manufacture of mosquito killers to improve the mosquito-killing efficiency.
