为探讨钙离子通道阻滞剂——异搏定滴眼剂对眼内压及视网膜中央动脉血流的影响,对25例健康志愿者右眼点0.125%异搏定滴眼剂,应用压平式眼压计及彩色多普勒超声检查仪,观察其对眼压及网膜中央动脉血流的影响。结果:局部应用0.125%异搏定滴眼,对心率和血压无影响,用药2小时后眼压明显下降,视网膜中央动脉收缩期血流速度、舒张末期血流速度明显增加,而血管阻抗指数则明显下降。结论:局部应用0.125%异搏定滴眼剂可降低眼内压并能改善视网膜视神经血液循环。
In order to investigate the effect of calcium channel blocker-verapamil on intraocular pressure and central retinal artery blood flow, 25 healthy volunteers were given 0.125% Flattened tonometer and color Doppler ultrasound examination instrument to observe its impact on intraocular pressure and central retinal artery blood flow. Results: Topical application of 0.125% verapamil eye drops had no effect on heart rate and blood pressure. The intraocular pressure of the central retinal artery decreased significantly after 2 hours of treatment. The systolic and end diastolic velocity of the central retinal artery increased significantly, while the vascular resistance The index dropped significantly. CONCLUSION: Topical application of 0.125% verapamil eyedrops reduces intraocular pressure and improves retinal optic nerve blood circulation.
