间甲基异丙苯合成催化剂及工艺的研究

研究了改性超稳Y分子筛对甲苯与丙烯反应的催化作用性能,研究结果表明,USY-4催化剂的催化活性和选择性高,能有效控制邻甲基异丙苯(o-IPT)的生成量.研究了USY-4催化剂催化合成间甲基异丙苯固定床反应工艺的影响因素,并考察了催化剂的稳定性.实验结果表明,在140~160℃、甲苯与丙烯摩尔比3~5、空速2~5h-1、甲苯中水分含量低于100 μg/g的条件下,丙烯转化率大于99.8%,甲基异丙苯选择性99%,o-IPT的质量分数低于4%;经1000 h的连续运转,催化剂性能保持稳定.
