阐明了绿色食品的内涵,产生的历史背景、客观原因,以及发展绿色食品对保障食品安全性、解决农产品国际贸易壁垒,实现农业可续发展的重大意义。在回顾齐齐哈尔绿色食品产生发展历程,目前取得的成效及存在的主要问题基础上,提出了加快齐齐哈尔绿色食品产生发展的思路与对策,着重强调要注重保护和发送生态环境,加强生产为基地建设,建设为龙头企业、加强市场开拓等关键性问题。
