通过 4个环境条件下纤维品质的表现及 5个陆地棉品系的完全双列杂交分析 ,对陆地棉纤维品质性状的遗传稳定性进行了研究。结果表明纤维比强度、绒长、麦克隆值及伸长率广义遗传率高 ,受环境影响相对较小 ,不同环境、品种间差异较一致 ;比强度、绒长与环境的互作小 ;而麦克隆值和伸长率与环境的互作较大 ;纤维整齐度广义遗传率小 ,受环境影响大。由于不同年份各纤维性状数值变化 ,结果难以比较 ,建议用陆地棉遗传标准系 TM- 1作为共同对照 ,用与共同对照的比值进行分析 ,并应加强纤维品质性状的分子标记辅助育种研究
The genetic stability of fiber quality traits in Upland cotton was studied by the fiber quality performance under four environmental conditions and the complete diallel cross analysis of five Upland cotton cultivars. The results showed that the generalized heritability of fiber intensity, cashmere length, micronaire and elongation was high, and was relatively less affected by the environment. The differences among different environments and varieties were more consistent. The specific intensity and cashmere length had less interaction with the environment. Micronaire value and elongation of the interaction with the larger environment; fiber uniformity generacy rate of a small general, affected by the environment. Because of the changes of the fiber traits in different years, the results are hard to be compared. It is suggested that the genetic standard of Gossypium hirsutum L. is used as a common control and analyzed with the ratio of common control, and the research of molecular marker-assisted breeding of fiber quality traits should be strengthened
