研究旨在探索微酸性电解水对兔血液生理生化指标的影响,每天用有效氯浓度(ACC)为0、100、150和200 mg/L的微酸性电解水对60日龄日本大耳白兔的兔舍自动喷雾消毒30 min,连续30 d,测定各组红细胞、白细胞和血小板参数、血清蛋白质、脂类代谢指标及部分血清酶含量。结果表明,各组红细胞、白细胞和血小板参数、血清蛋白质、脂类代谢指标及部分血清酶含量差异不显著(P>0.05)。综上所述,用ACC为200 mg/L的微酸性电解水自动喷雾30 min,消毒30 min对日本大耳白兔生长是安全的。
The aim of this study was to explore the effect of slightly acidic electrolyzed water on the blood physiological and biochemical indexes in rabbits. A 60-day-old Japanese white-bellied rabbits were treated daily with electrolyzed water of 0, 100, 150 and 200 mg / L effective chlorine concentration (ACC) The Toxins were automatically disinfected for 30 min for 30 consecutive days. The parameters of erythrocytes, leucocytes and platelets, serum proteins, lipid metabolism and some serum enzymes were determined.
