我区地处浙东沿海。解放以来,我区根据沿海的自然地理条件,建设了一些堵港工程,以达到阻咸蓄淡、灌溉、围垦的目的。这种工程具有不淹田、不移民、工程失事不致造成重大伤亡事故的明显优点,相反结合内围,尚可增加土地,因此海湾堵港是沿海地区一种可取的因地制宜的治水模式。我区卅年以来,先后兴建了车岙港、大塘港、胡陈港等堵港工程,其主要技术经济指标见表一。由表列指标可见,堵港工程规模日趋扩大,因此带来的技术问题也相应复杂,在工程兴建过程中事故不断发生,本文仅就堵港工程中经常出现的滑、冲、渗事故的处理措施,谈一些粗浅体会,请批评指正。
My area is located in eastern Zhejiang coast. Since the liberation, our district has built some harbor blocking projects according to the coastal natural and geographical conditions so as to achieve the purpose of preventing shortages of salt, irrigation and reclamation. This kind of project has obvious advantages of not flooding fields and immigrants and causing major casualty accidents when the project crashes. On the contrary, the land can be increased with the internal boundary. Therefore, it is a desirable mode of flood control in the coastal areas that the Bay blocking ports are desirable. Since the beginning of this year, our district has successively built plug-in projects such as Chebei Port, Datang Port and Hu Chen Port. The main technical and economic indexes are shown in Table 1. As can be seen from the tabulated indicators, the scale of blockage in Hong Kong is expanding day by day. As a result, the technical problems brought by it are correspondingly complicated. Accidents are occurring constantly during the construction of this project. This article deals only with the frequent handling of slips, Measures, talk about some superficial experience, please criticize correction.
