我国选矿厂每年排放大量废水,实现选矿废水回用对保护生态环境具有重大意义。针对某白钨矿选矿废水进行了常规沉降试验,考察了pH、有价离子、絮凝剂等对沉降指标的影响,并通过对比絮凝效果对絮凝剂进行了筛选。为了强化常规絮凝沉降的效果,进行了磁化絮凝沉降试验。结果表明,磁化絮凝不仅大幅缩短了絮凝沉降所需的时间,且所得清液浊度更低,从而能实现选矿废水的完全回用。
China’s concentrator discharge large amounts of wastewater each year, to achieve recycling of mineral processing wastewater is of great significance to the protection of the ecological environment. A conventional sedimentation test for a scheelite beneficiation wastewater was conducted. The effects of pH, valuable ions and flocculants on sedimentation indexes were investigated. The flocculants were screened by comparing the flocculation effects. In order to enhance the effect of conventional flocculation and sedimentation, magnetic flocculation and sedimentation tests were carried out. The results show that magnetization flocculation not only shortens the time required for flocculation settling, but also results in lower turbidity of the resulting supernatant, which can completely recycle mineral processing wastewater.
