将AGZY-83α人肺腺癌细胞同步培养,分析各分裂周期精脒(SPD)的含量及分布。结果表明:SPD的表达与DNA合成呈平行关系,为在分子水平探讨多胺参与癌变的机制提供了实验基础。
AGZY-83α human lung adenocarcinoma cells were cultured synchronously, and the content and distribution of spermidine (SPD) in each division cycle were analyzed. The results showed that the expression of SPD was parallel to DNA synthesis, which provided an experimental basis for exploring the mechanism of polyamine involvement in carcinogenesis at the molecular level.
