目的:建立复方芪归益气颗粒的质量标准。方法:采用薄层色谱(TLC)法对方中的黄芪、当归、枳壳、山茱萸进行定性鉴别,用高效液相色谱法(HPLC)对毛蕊异黄酮葡萄糖苷、阿魏酸进行含量测定。结果:TLC斑点清晰,分离度良好,阴性对照无干扰;毛蕊异黄酮葡萄糖苷、阿魏酸浓度分别在0.0156~0.0778 mg/mL和0.0127~0.0634 mg/mL范围内与峰面积积分值呈良好的线性关系,平均加样回收率依次为99.46%、103.78%,RSD分别为2.03%、1.23%。结果:该定性定量方法简便,结果准确可靠,专属性强,所建标准可用于复方芪归益气颗粒的质量控制。
Objective: To establish the quality standard of Qigui Yiqi granule. Methods: TLC, TLC and HPLC were used to characterize the content of calycosin and ferulic acid in Astragalus, Angelica, Citrus aurantium and Fructus Corni respectively. Results: The spots of TLC were clear and the resolution was good. There was no interference with the negative control. The concentrations of calycosin and ferulic acid of calycosin in the range of 0.0156 ~ 0.0778 mg / mL and 0.0127 ~ 0.0634 mg / mL were linear with the peak area The average recovery rates were 99.46% and 103.78%, respectively, with RSDs of 2.03% and 1.23%, respectively. Results: The qualitative and quantitative method is simple, the results are accurate and reliable, and the specificity is strong. The established standard can be used for the quality control of Qigui Qiqi granules.
