教育激励就是教育者为了使受教育者积极进取,健康发展,以激励的教育行为从外部给受教育者以适当的情感激发,使受教育者内化个体自觉行为的过程。本文主要论述教育激励机制的管理是学生健康发展的原动力。 Incentives for education are the process by which the educators internalize the individual’s conscious behavior in order to engender their education actively and healthily, encourage the education behavior from outside to the educated with appropriate emotion. This article mainly discusses the management of educational incentive mechanism is the driving force for the healthy development of students.
