利用质子探针对黄铁矿、毒砂、人工合成矿物中的Au 及Cr、Mn 、Cu 、As 和Pb 微量元素进行了分析。实验表明,质子探针微区分析技术可测定痕量金及其它微量元素;不同矿物中金的检出限不同,黄铁矿中Au 的检出限为3 μg/g ,毒砂中Au 的检出限为30 μg/g 。
The trace elements Au, Cr, Mn, Cu, As and Pb in pyrite, arsenopyrite and synthetic minerals were analyzed by proton microprobe. Experiments show that the microprobe analysis of proton probe can be used for the determination of trace gold and other trace elements. The detection limits of gold in different minerals are different. The detection limit of Au in pyrite is 3 μg / g. Au in arsenopyrite The limit of detection is 30 μg / g.
