彩色甜椒是近两年从国外引的一代杂交新品种,其果型大、肉厚、多种颜色,营养含量高于普通大椒,是适合生熟食用的高档蔬菜。该甜椒大部分品种由欧美国家育成,栽培技术难度较大、风险高。漯河市高新农业技术试验示范园区在河南农大孙治强、王吉庆二位教授的悉心指导下,1999年引进越冬茬栽培20棚(350平方米/棚)获得成功,平均亩产4000公斤,亩收入3.2万元,净收入2.5万元以上。现将栽培技术介绍如下:
