国家标准总局1981年2月9日国标发办字(1981)014号文通知,印刷电路用覆铜箔层压板及试验方法国家标准,由一机部广州电器科学研究所和四机部七○四厂负责制订,一机、四机、化工、五机、七机、市召开工作协调会议。到会的有覆铜箔板生产厂、应用厂和有关研究所共19个单位27名代表。 各生产厂介绍了目前生产的覆铜箔板品种和执行标准以及近年来出口情况,应用单位介绍了国产覆铜箔板质量和应用情况;并由四机部四所和北绝厂分别介绍了国际电工委员会TC52活动情况和国外标准收集汇编情况。一致认为制订覆铜箔板国家标准是一项十分重要和及时的工作。
General Administration of Standards of the People’s Republic of China on February 9, 1981 issued by the Chinese government (1981) No. 014 Circular, National Standard for Copper-clad Laminate Boards and Test Methods for Printed Circuits, Guangzhou Institute of Electrical Science and the Fourth Division of the First Institute The fourth factory is responsible for the formulation of a coordination meeting for one machine, four machines, chemicals, five machines, seven machines, and the city. The conference was attended by 27 representatives from 19 units of the copper-clad plate production plant, application plant and related research institutes. The production plants introduced the varieties and implementation standards of the copper clad foils currently produced and the export conditions in recent years. The application units introduced the quality and application of the domestic copper clad foils; they were introduced by the four-machine department and the North Factory. International Electrotechnical Commission TC52 activities and foreign standards collection compilation. It is agreed that the establishment of a national standard for copper clad foil is a very important and timely task.
