采用分层整群随机抽样方式,在占青海省总人口75.56%的23个县(区)中,开展人群膳食硒摄入量调查,并进行食物硒与血硒关系的分析。结果表明,全省人群膳食硒摄入量均值为25.90μg/日,是杨光圻提出“膳食硒适宜量50μg/日”的51.80%,是“生理需要量40μg/日”的64.75%。五类食物中肉类硒含量最高,肉、乳类食物提供的硒占总摄入量的54.56%,肉、谷类食物硒摄入量是影响人体血硒含量的主要因素
A stratified cluster random sampling method was used to investigate dietary selenium intake in 23 counties (districts) accounting for 75.56% of the total population in Qinghai Province.
