目的探讨PDCA循环在消毒供应中心(CSSD)管理植入型器械中的应用,进一步加强植入型器械的质量管理,保证零缺陷。方法运用PDCA循环管理模式,设定质量管理重点,随机选取2015年1月~2016年12月实施PDCA循环管理后的植入型器械30例作为本次调查研究的对象。在器械准入、清洗消毒、器械交接、监测追溯、临床科室满意度等方面进行分析。结果实施PDCA循环管理后,植入型器械准入以及监测追溯均达到了100.00%,器械的规范清洗消毒合格率为96.67%,器械交接的规范率为93.33%,临床科室对消毒供应中心工作的满意度达到了96.67%。结论在医院植入型器械的管理中应用PDCA循环管理制度,有助于提升器械管理的质量,进一步提高医院物品无菌保证水平,促进植入物零风险的实现,值得广泛推广应用。
Objective To explore the application of PDCA cycle in the management of implantable devices in the Disinfection Supply Center (CSSD) to further improve the quality management of implantable devices and ensure zero defect. Methods PDCA cycle management model was used to set the focus of quality management. 30 cases of implanted devices after PDCA cycle management were randomly selected from January 2015 to December 2016 as the object of this investigation. In the equipment access, cleaning and disinfection, equipment handover, monitoring and tracking, clinical departments satisfaction analysis. Results After the implementation of PDCA cycle management, the admittance of the implanted devices and the traceability of the implanted devices reached 100.00%. The standard rate of cleaning and disinfection of instruments was 96.67%, and the standard rate of device transfer was 93.33%. The clinical departments of the departments of disinfection and supply center Satisfaction reached 96.67%. Conclusion The application of PDCA cycle management system in the management of hospital implanted devices helps to improve the quality of the device management, further enhance the sterility assurance level of the hospital items and promote the zero risk of implants, which is worth popularizing widely.
