在经济新常态下交通建设行业依然是推动区域经济发展和振兴的先导力量,面对新形势下交通建设行业反腐倡廉工作中出现的一系列问题,加强交通建设行业纪检监察干部队伍建设很有必要。本文从分析加强纪检监察干部队伍建设的重要性角度入手,揭示了当前交通建设行业纪检监察干部队伍建设存在的主要问题,并就如何建设一支适应新形势、新要求的纪检监察干部队伍提出了建议。
