目的 :了解我院抗菌药物使用情况及存在问题。方法 :专职人员按照设计表格要求 ,对 165 4例住院患者出院病历进行回顾性调查。结果 :165 4例住院患者中 13 3 3例患者使用了抗菌药物 ,使用率高达 80 60 %,预防用药占 64 14 %,治疗用药占3 2 41%,无指征用药占 3 45 %,外科系统多以新型广谱抗菌药物作为预防手术切口感染。经验用药占 85 82 %,根据药敏选药仅占 14 18%。结论 :加强管理 ,严格掌握用药指征 ,合理用药
Objective: To understand the use of antibiotics in our hospital and its existing problems. Methods: Full-time staff were retrospectively reviewed on the medical records of 165 4 hospitalized patients according to the design requirements. Results: Antiviral drugs were used by 1333 patients in 165 4 inpatients, with rates of up to 80 60%, prophylaxis 64 14%, medication 3 32%, and indications 3 45% The system more with a new broad-spectrum antimicrobial drugs as a preventive surgical incision infection. 85 82% were used empirically and only 14 18% were selected based on drug sensitivity.
