目的建立HPLC法同时测定马先蒿属6种植物中毛蕊花苷及桃叶珊瑚苷含量。方法从甘肃、青海及四川等地采集6种马先蒿植物样本11个,75%甲醇回流提取后,采用HPLC法测定其中的毛蕊花糖苷和桃叶珊瑚苷含量,以乙腈(A)-水(B)为流动相,梯度洗脱(0~10 min,5%A;10~12 min,5%~20%A;12~30 min,20%A;30~35 min,5%A);检测波长330 nm、204 nm,流速1 ml·min~(-1)。结果各样本中均能测定出毛蕊花糖苷及桃叶珊瑚苷,但含量差异较大。结论毛蕊花糖苷及桃叶珊瑚苷广泛存在于马先蒿属植物中,该HPLC法分离分析效果好,简单易行,可用于马先蒿中毛蕊花糖苷及桃叶珊瑚苷的同时定性定量分析及该属药材的质量控制。
Objective To establish an HPLC method for the simultaneous determination of verbascoside and aucubin in 6 species of Pedicularis. Methods Sixteen species of Artemisia annulata were collected from Gansu, Qinghai and Sichuan provinces, and the contents of vermiculcoside and aucubin were determined by HPLC after acetonitrile and 75% As the mobile phase, gradient elution (0-10 min, 5% A; 10-12 min, 5-20% A; 12-30 min, 20% A; 30-35 min, 5% A) 330 nm, 204 nm, flow rate 1 ml · min ~ (-1). Results All the samples were able to determine verbascoside and aucubin, but the content is quite different. Conclusions The verbascoside glycosides and aucubin are widely present in Artemisia species. The HPLC method has the advantages of good separation and analysis, simple and convenient, and can be used for the simultaneous qualitative and quantitative analysis of verbascoside and aucubin in Artemisia selengensis and its quality control.
