目的探讨人性化管理模式在护理管理中的临床应用价值。方法回顾性分析本科自2014年10月―2016年3月接诊治疗的100例住院患者的临床资料,随机分为实验组和对照组两组进行比对分析,对两组患者均进行传统的常规护理管理,对对照组采用常规护理措施,其中实验组在传统常规护理的基础上加入了人性化管理,对比分析两组患者的恢复情况、护理满意度和护理效果。结果实验组患者的康复状况较好,在食欲、情绪、康复时间、治愈信心等方面较对照组更好,P<0.05,差异具有统计学意义。结论在护理管理中加入人性化管理模式有效地调动了护士工作的积极性,使得护理者把他们的临床护理知识和经验得到了充分的发挥,有效缩短了患者的康复时间,促使患者的生活质量得到提高。因此人性化管理模式在护理管理中的运用效果突出,值得临床广泛应用。
Objective To explore the clinical application value of humanized management mode in nursing management. Methods The clinical data of 100 inpatients admitted to our hospital from October 2014 to March 2016 were retrospectively analyzed. The patients were randomly divided into experimental group and control group for comparison and analysis. The patients in both groups were treated with traditional Conventional nursing management, routine nursing measures were used for the control group, in which the experimental group added the humane management based on the traditional routine nursing, and compared the recovery, nursing satisfaction and nursing effect of the two groups. Results The patients in the experimental group had better rehabilitation status than those in the control group in terms of appetite, emotion, recovery time and cure confidence, P <0.05. The difference was statistically significant. Conclusion The addition of humane management mode to nursing management effectively aroused the enthusiasm of nurses and enabled them to give full play to their clinical nursing knowledge and experience, effectively shortening the recovery time of patients and promoting the quality of life of patients improve. Therefore, humane management mode in nursing management with outstanding results, it is widely used in clinical.
