比较乙咪酯和异丙酚用于人工流产手术的麻醉效果及其对呼吸和循环功能的影响。方法 观察 46例行人工流产手术患者的麻醉效果 ,记录乙咪酯及异丙酚用量、手术时间、苏醒时间、SBP、DBP、HR、Sp O2 的变化以及不良反应发生率。结果 乙咪酯组给药后 Sp O2 明显低于给药前 ,异丙酚组给药后 SBP及 Sp O2 明显低于给药前 ,给药后异丙酚组 SBP及 Sp O2 明显低于乙咪酯组 ( P<0 .0 1) ,乙咪酯组术后恶心及术中肌震颤的发生率高于异丙酚组 ( P<0 .0 5 ) ,异丙酚组躁动的发生率明显高于乙咪酯组 ( P<0 .0 1)。结论 乙咪酯和异丙酚用于人工流产手术均可取得满意的麻醉效果 ,其对呼吸及循环功能的影响不需处理 ,两药均可较安全地用于人工流产手术。
To compare the anesthetic effects of bimodal and propofol for induced abortion and their effects on respiratory and circulatory function. Methods The anesthetic effects of 46 cases of induced abortion were observed. The changes of bimodal and propofol, operation time, recovery time, SBP, DBP, HR, Sp O2 and the incidence of adverse reactions were recorded. Results Spommycin group SpO2 significantly lower than before administration, propofol group after administration of SBP and Sp O2 was significantly lower than before administration, propofol group after administration of SBP and Sp O2 was significantly lower than the B The incidence of postoperative nausea and intraoperative myocardial fibrillation in the etomidate group was higher than that in the propofol group (P <0.05), and the incidence of agitation in the propofol group Was significantly higher than ethmoid group (P <0.01). Conclusions Bupropion and propofol can be used in artificial abortion to achieve satisfactory anesthetic effect. The effects of respiration and circulatory function need not be treated. Both drugs can be safely used in abortion.
