目的 :探讨恶性成釉细胞瘤细胞核形态参数、DNA含量及AgNOR形态分型和计数在诊断中的意义。方法 :选取 17例恶性成釉细胞瘤患者的切除标本行HE、AgNOR及DNA染色 ,应用图像分析仪对细胞核形态几何参数、DNA含量及倍体、AgNOR进行定量分析。结果 :在细胞核的几何参数中 ,恶性成釉细胞瘤细胞的面积、周长、等圆直径、短径、平均直径、圆度、轴比与良性成釉细胞瘤均有显著性差异 (P <0 0 1)。恶性成釉细胞瘤AgNOR计数和DNA指数显著高于良性成釉细胞瘤 (P <0 0 1)。根据核形态参数和DNA指数建立了判别恶性成釉细胞瘤的回归方程。结论 :细胞核DNA含量和形态参数的测定以及AgNOR分型和计数有助于恶性成釉细胞瘤的鉴别诊断
Objective: To investigate the nuclear morphological parameters, DNA content and the morphological typing and counting of AgNOR in the diagnosis of malignant ameloblastoma. Methods: HE, AgNOR and DNA were stained in 17 cases of malignant ameloblastoma. The morphological parameters, DNA content and ploidy of AgNOR were quantitatively analyzed by image analyzer. Results: The area, circumference, circle diameter, short diameter, mean diameter, roundness and axial ratio of malignant ameloblastoma cells were significantly different from those of benign ameloblastoma in the geometric parameters of nucleus (P < 0 0 1). AgNOR count and DNA index of malignant ameloblastoma were significantly higher than those of benign ameloblastoma (P <0.01). Based on the nuclear morphological parameters and DNA index established a regression equation of malignant ameloblastoma. Conclusion: The determination of nuclear DNA content and morphological parameters and AgNOR typing and counting are helpful to the differential diagnosis of malignant ameloblastoma
